29 CFR 1910.265(c)(4)(iv): Elevated platform(s), more than 6 feet from floor level, were not provided with both a standard railing and a toe board: (a) Two elevated platforms located on the dust cyclone were not provided standard railings and toe boards, exposing employees to fall hazards of greater than six feet. (b) A log deck located by the Scrag saw did not have adequate railings to protect employees oiling spindles, exposing them to fall hazards of greater than six feet.
