AmherstMadison, Elk River behind Women's and Children's Hospital: On or about 2/11/15, the gangway used to access the barge from the parking lot of the hospital had wire ropes laying across creating a tripping hazard. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
