29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii): Flammable liquids were not stored in tanks or closed containers: On or about October 8, 2014, in the CNC shop, a gallon can containing Kerosene used by employees to clean chucks and jaws was stored without a cover in the Safety-Kleen parts washer with the lid in the open position, exposing employees to the hazards of fire.
