29 CFR 1910.95(b)(1): Employees were subjected to sound exceeding those listed in Table G-16, and feasible administrative or engineering controls were not utilized: a. On or about October 9, 2014, yard, feasible administrative controls were not utilized for abrasive blasting and an employee was exposed to work place noise at an 8-hr TWA of 110.3 dBA, or equivalently a noise dose of 1670%. The noise monitoring result was derived from a personal sampling time of 455 minutes and a non-sampled time of 25 minutes.
