Every inside storage room was not provided with either a gravity or a mechanical exhaust ventilation system; designed to provide for a complete change of air within the room at least six times per hour: (a) Dip Tank Paint Building, Flammable Storage Room; The ventilation system in place did not complete a change of air within the room at least six times per hour, in the inside storage room, containing approximately 30, 55 gallon drums, of flammable paint (flashpoints ranged from 95 F to 102 F) and other chemicals.
