29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: a) 145 Towery Road in Guntown, MS - On or about October 2, 2014, employees were exposed to electrical burns and shocks because an energized wire was hanging in the door opening and path through the door used to enter and exit the building.
