29 CFR 1910.26(c)(3)(i): The angle of the ladder was not proper in that distance from the base to the vertical wall was not equal to one-fourth the working length of the ladder: a. At the west side of the REB-1 baler, employees were exposed to a 12 feet fall hazard, in that, a metal extension ladder used to gain access to the baler was placed against the baler with its base at 5 feet 8 inches from the vertical climb distance and with a working length of about 14 feet.
