29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): The employer did not provide and or mount portable fire extinguishers, locate and identify them so they were readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury: a) 15 Thatcher Road, Dayton, NJ 08810. The employer allowed his employees to work in the warehouse when fire extinguishers were either missing and or not mounted; locations not identified and or readily accessible exposing the employees to possible injuries. Condition occurred on or about 09/11/14.
