29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(ii): The employer did not inform employees of the methods they would use of the hazards of a non-routine task, and the hazards associated with the chemical: a) At the worksite; the employer did not inform the employees of the aluminum sealant being applied on the roof top; on or about 9/2/2014.
