29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) Brackets and Clamps Department- The employer did not ensure that the point of operation on machinery, including Power Roll machines #3068 and #1678, was guarded to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle. b) SRC and Tubing Department- Press brakes, including the Chicago #1669 in SRC and the Piranha Allsteel Press brake #1866 in Tubing, did not have an appropriate guarding device to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle or to perform tasks, such as cleaning and preparing the manufactured piece.
