29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: (a) On or about 08/06/2014 - Facility, etching department, lines 7, 8, and 9, sections of metal that had fallen from the deteriorating joist had been allowed to accumulate. (b) On or about 08/06/2014 - Facility, forming department, cords, cables, hoses and debris had not been removed from walkways. (c) On or about 08/06/2014 - Facility, etching department, scrap lumber, scrap rolls of used product, electrical cords, trash and debris from the metal rafters that had fallen from the ceiling had been allowed to accumulate.
