29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which completely encloses the portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut: location: outside staging area on or about: 8/1/14 a) Employees were using a Ryobi 10" table saw RTS31 to rip cut plywood, for the fascia. The blade of the table saw was not guarded.
