29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): At the job site of 5056 N. Lycee, Bel Aire, Kansas, LMT Construction employees engaged in attaching new doors, windows, and siding to the exterior of the apartment complex were exposed to struck-by and fall hazards. Employees were not provided safety information and training on the worksite job tasks nor was there a designated person, qualified as competent, to oversee the safety of the jobsite, materials, and equipment.
