29 CFR 1910.307(c): Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location: (a) 106 Building: On June 3, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire, explosion and/or deflagration from a non-intrinsically safe electrical outlet and flexible electrical cord on the south wall used to supply energy to the Bench Industries Screening Mill. (b) 106 Building: On June 3, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire, explosion and/or deflagration from non-intrinsically safe electrical wiring and lights in the building. (c) 106 Building: On June 3, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire, explosion and/or deflagration from a non-intrinsically safe electrical outlet on the north wall of the building.
