29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about May 30, 2014, electrical equipment was not used in accordance with its listed use, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. a. Nonmetallic-sheathed cable powering 110 volt receptacle boxes in a room near the dip tanks was not in rigid conduit, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard. b. Two fans in the facility were operated by snap switch boxes that were not mounted to the wall.
