29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Warehouse area, 1214 Freedom Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066: Observed on or about May 09, 2014, access to an emergency eyewash station located on the north wall of the warehouse was completely blocked by boxes of merchandise. Employees were exposed to an eye injury hazard created by the use of a battery operated orderpicker lift truck in the absence of a readily available emergency eyewash station.
