The openings in the point of operation fixed barrier guards on the following mechanical power presses were too large to prevent operators' hands or fingers from entering the point of operation: a) Lochbough Jordan Brace Press. b) Famco Mini Press (P5). Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
