29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily: A) Throughout Facility, on or about May 20, 2014, rags with denatured alcohol on them used to wipe down metal parts were thrown into a plastic trash cans with no lids and others were placed in a metal can with no lid, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
