29 CFR 1926.50(a): The availability of medical personnel was not insured for advice and consultation on matters of occupational health: On or about July 19, 2011 an employee engaged in prep work operations for concrete roadway pour in extreme temperatures was hospitalized due to heat stoke. The employer did not ensure personnel for medical and occupational health were available for consultation and advice. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
