29 CFR 1926.1404(q)(1): The outriggers or stabilizers were not fully extended or deployed as specified in the manufacturer procedures or as noted in the load chart. On or about January 30, 2014, at the worksite located at 7353 Mentor Ave., Mentor, Ohio 44060, the employer allowed his crane operator to operate the Terex Stinger TC-4792 truck mounted crane without the drivers side front and rear outriggers fully extended or extended to a specified distance per the manufactures load chart.
