29 CFR 1910.272(e)(1): Current employees, and new employees prior to starting work, were not trained in accordance with subparagraphs (e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii) of this section: a) Allen-Harim Food, LLC Feed Mill, 20799 Allen Road, Seaford, DE 19973 - Employees, such as, but not limited to, employees assigned housekeeping and maintenance tasks, were exposed to hazards such as, but not limited to, a combustible dust explosion hazard, as these employees were not trained in accordance with these subparagraphs. On or about December 20, 2013. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification, required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
