29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761: a) F.X. Caprara New Dealership Project, Ford Building, Pulaski, NY - On or about 18 November, 2013 - Employees were installing metal decking on the roof working surface where the employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.
