South Hempstead NY - Employees were installing styrofoam on a two story commercial building while working on a fabricated frame scaffold. The employees were working less than 2ft away from an energized secondary line; on or about 11/14/13. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
