29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about 10/30/13 at Augusta, GA: Employees were exposed to struck-by and caught between hazards while operating two milling machines in the Maintenance Shop. The employer failed to properly guard the following two milling machines' point of operation. a. Bridgeport Milling Machine b. Supermax Milling Machine.
