29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On or about October 25, 2013 employees of Rene Nava were exposed to electrical hazards while working with electrical components that had exposed live electrical components due to a lack of strain relief.
