29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose. On or about 22 October 2013, and at times prior thereto, three employees working as Handlers at Bay 16 were standing near energized electrical parts at approximately 120 volts while opening or closing the bay door, exposing the employees to electrical hazards.
