29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii): The employer's Exposure Control Plan did not contain at least the elements in 29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii)(A) through (c)(1)(ii)(C): On or about August 29, 2013, the employer had developed an Exposure Control Plan that was deficient in the following areas: there was no procedure for handling used PPE, no location was listed for administration of HBV vaccinations, and there was no information describing where employee medical records would be stored. Employees perform dental procedures ranging from prophylactic cleaning to periodontics, orthodontics, and oral surgery on a daily basis. During these procedures they are exposed to patients' blood.
