29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a. On or about September 5, 2013, at the production area-Cosani line, of the above addressed jobsite, the employer failed to develop a specific energy control procedure for the control of multiple energy sources as applicable for an authorized employee to replace a foam roller, exposing the employee to a caught by hazard. b. On or about September 5, 2013, at the production area-PW33 Case packer of the Sinchro 4.0, of the above addressed jobsite, the employer failed to develop a specific energy control procedure for the control of multiple energy sources as applicable for an authorized employee to clean a machine, exposing the employee to a caught by hazard. c. On or about October 15, 2013, at the robot's area, of the above addressed worksite, the employer failed to develop a specific energy control procedure for the control of multiple energy sources as applicable for an authorized employee to perform servicing of the robots, exposing the employee to caught by and struck by hazards.
