29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a/ RRE Operations/Raritan NJ Site Laundry: No eye wash facility was provided where "Aquarius" (also known as "Sanolite"), "Builder 3000," "Liqua Tronic White" and "Five Star" corrosive cleansers were used during the laundry washing operation. Full containers of product (approx. 10 gal. capacity) were required to be installed to an automatic washing system by removing the cap(s) and connecting the hose(s) to the container. An eye wash facility to allow for a continuous 15 minutes flow was not provided to prevent employee(s) from being splashed by product when removing cap(s) and iconnecting the hose(s) during the product replacement operation(s). Observed on/or about 8/9/2013.
