29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a) Philadelphia Macaroni Company, Die Wash Room. - On or about July 26, 2013, the employer permitted the door of a 240 volt safety switch panel to remain open exposing live parts to be accidently contacted by employees. P7260134-P7260141 b) Philadelphia Macaroni Company, Boiler Room. - On or about July 24, 2013, the employer permitted the control panel door of boiler #2 to remain open exposing live parts to be accidently contacted by employees. c) Philadelphia Macaroni Company, Boiler Room. - On or about July 24, 2013, the employer permitted the control panel door of boiler #1 to remain open exposing live parts to be accidently contacted by employees.
