29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include at least the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a). On or about 7/23/13, on site, for the employee conducting MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, on a monthly basis. The employer did not provide hazard communication training to include the hazards associated with hexavalent chromium. b). On or about 7/23/13, on site, for the employee that mixed epoxies with xylene for occasional painting operations. The employer did not implement hazard communication training to include the hazards associated with exposure to xylene.
