29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. Jobsite: Alley between 107-111 Main Street and the building immediately east of it. An employee working on a makeshift scaffold was unprotected against a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
