29 CFR 1926.1051(a): A stairway or ladder was not provided at all personnel points of access where there is a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist were provided: (a) 10-12 Adams Farm Rd Shrewsbury, MA: On or about May 2, 2013, an employee was observed climbing down an interior wall from the 3rd level of this residental structure, which was more than 8 FT above his landing site on the 2nd level to travel between the floors, which is not in accordance with this subpart: Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
