29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) Gas 008: On or about July 3, 2013 and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that workers were protected from hazards by ensuring frequent inspections were conducted following unexpected and significant deviations from the scheduled work activities including but not limited to, jobsite, material, and equipment changes.
