29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) Building #1500 - On or about June 27, 2013, employees working on a three tier tubular welded frame scaffold were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 20 feet onto earthen ground because the scaffolding was not fully planked. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
