29 CFR 1926.651(d): Employees exposed to public vehicular traffic were not provided with a warning vest or other suitable garments marked with or made of reflectorized or high-visibility material: a) Worksite, 402 Cedar Lane, Sands Point, NY- Employees were attaching a precast concrete septic pool cover to a backhoe, were working on a public roadway near vehicular traffic and were not wearing reflectorized vests; on or about 6/25/13.
