29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(iv): Electric equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause serious physical harm to employees, including/such as damaged electrical insulation. On or about 5/29/2013, employees were exposed to electrical hazards as the sheath to the electrical cord powering the 480 volt SP 500 shrink wrap table was damaged. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
