29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which secure vertical members together laterally. On or about May 22, 2013, and times prior thereto, two employees were working on a scaffold platform where frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof to secure scaffold vertical members laterally. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards from heights greater than 10 feet to the ground below.
