29 CFR 1910.268(e): Personal protective equipment, protective devices, and special tools needed for the work of employees were not provided and/or the employer did not ensure that they were used by employees: a) Knollwood Drive and Riverdale Avenue, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724: On or about May 14, 2013, employees were not provided with adequate protective devices and special tools needed for the work. An employee sustained an electrical shock while working in the vacinity of energized overhead powerlines and telecommunication lines of varying potentials. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
