29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about May 15, 2013 - Dado department, specific procedures had not been established for employees performing maintenance on equipment such as, but not limited to, the Selco WN600 panel saw, Selco WN200, KL310 edge bander, SE9500 edge bander, #1 & #2 Biesse router, base hole drill, wall hole drill, #1,#2, and #3 CTD end panel notcher.
