29 CFR 1910.24(h): Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms: a) Shop Area; On or about April 1, 2013 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 4 feet while using stairs, with no railing on the stariway or platform, to gain access to the outdoor storage trailer. b) Shop Area; On or about April 1, 2013 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet while using stairs, with no mid rail, to gain access to the second floor storage area.
