29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a.) Laundry Room (8040A Perry Highway)- On or about April 26, 2013, and times prior thereto: Company employees worked with or around various types of corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, Stain Blaster Power Pak 2, Stain Blaster G and Stain Blaster R. Facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not available to employees working in the laundry room.
