29 CFR 1926.451(b)(7): On scaffolds where platforms are overlapped to create a long platform, the overlap did not occur only over supports: (a) Back side, new residential construction located at 523 Micayne Circle, Smyrna, GA 30082: Employees worked from a makeshift scaffold platform which was bridged to an aluminum work platform with an orange strap and a 2x4 and was not supported under the section where the bridge connection was made. Employees using this scaffold as a work platform were exposed to falls in excess of 25-feet to the ground.
