29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(7): Documentation of annual/comprehensive inspection. The required information must be documented, maintained, and retained for a minimum of 12 months, by the employer that conducts the inspection: a. Located at the site, employees were removing a 60 foot, 3 inch I-beam and 6 foot by 10 foot concrete slabs by using a Bucyrus Erie 60 ton lattice boom crawler crane, model 30b, serial number 134548 that did not have an annual inspection conducted that was documented, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with crane operations and the materials being hoisted.
