29 CFR 1926.404(f)(7)(ii): Metal enclosures for service equipment were not grounded: (a) 1800 Warnock Street, Electrical service panel - On or about 2/26/2013, employees performing electrical work were exposed to electrical hazards from an electrical service panel that was not grounded. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
