29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4): The employer shall prohibit arms or legs from being placed between the uprights of the mast or outside the running lines of the truck. a. On or about December 26, 2012 - at the above addressed jobsite, an employee placed body parts between the mast and the deck of the SKYTRAK 8042 Rough Terrain Forklift which resulted in a fatal injury.
