29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) In Room 71 large box fans were stacked on top of a stacks of pallets which were not interlocked or secured against sliding and collapse; (b) In Room 62 material was stored in racks with bent and damaged legs that were not blocked or secured to prevent collapse.
