29 CFR 1910.268(b)(7): When the employer did not comply with 29 CFR 1910.268(b)(7)(i) through (b)(7)(iii), the employer did not ensure that no employee approached or took any conductive object closer to any electrically energized overhead power lines and parts than prescribed in Table R-2: The employer does not ensure that no employee approaches or takes any conductive object closer to any electrically energized overhead power lines and parts than prescribed in Table R-2 of 29 CFR 1910.268. This violation occurred on July 24, 2012, at a workplace located at 308 Ohio Street, Palestine, TX 75039; where at least one (1) employee, who was working from an aerial lift, approached 138 kV energized overhead power lines closer than 54 inches.
