29 CFR 1910.132(h)(1): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE) was not provided by the employer at no cost to employees. a) 448 Shartlesville Road jobsite - The employer did not provide personal protective equipment (PPE) to employees involved in tree trimming and landscaping activities, on or about July 31, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
