29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. (a) On, or before June 23, 2012, employees of RJD Group were exposed to hazard in the LTL and warehouse areas from failure to provide and maintain adequate working space in front of two 120 volt electrical panels, which were blocked by various tool carts and other equipment.
